If you purchase an item that for any reason does not give you complete satisfaction, you may return it for an exchange or full refund within 30 days of receipt of the product as long as the merchandise is unused and is returned in saleable condition. Used or altered merchandise cannot be returned. Biggies, Inc. will process a credit to your credit card less the original shipping charges. Please follow the Returns process below to receive credit. Returns Procedures:

1. E-mail Biggies, Inc. at info@getBiggies.com to request a return authorization number. Please be sure to include your order number with your e-mail.
2. Return the merchandise via the shipper of your choice, with the return authorization number noted on a copy of your original receipt to:Biggies, Inc. Attn: Returns 5670 Washington Street Denver, CO 80216
3. Upon receipt of merchandise in resaleable condition, a refund will be credited to the charge account used to make the purchase.

Defective or Damaged Merchandise: Biggies, Inc. will replace merchandise that is unusable due to manufacturing defects or shipping damage within 30 days of the date of purchase. You must follow the Return process above to request replacement merchandise. In the event of shipping damage, a claim should be made with the freight company; please save the shipping tube to make the claim.
